We address matters such as composition and colour theory and ask does it have rhythm and reason. We look to the artist's reputation and philosophy too. Such a complex equation to conclude a final deduction to whether it is a good piece of art or not.

Lewis Gallery is proud to present "Summer Holiday", our first exhibition in our main gallery space for 2020, celebrating art of any medium that explores all of the things that make summer holidays so special - sun, sand, sea, fun, family, friends and romance! Showcasing artwork created by established, emerging, and student artists from across the Fraser Coast and beyond, this beautiful little show will have you reminiscing about your past Summer holidays and dreaming of future adventures.
