Move, stretch and centre yourself for the day ahead with sustainable yoga practice. Calm your nervous system, improve your breathing and increase your mind-body connection.
Wear loose comfortable clothing and bring your own mat, block (if you have one), water and towel or light blanket. This is important to provide adequate cushioning as we are on a concrete floor.
This is yoga for everybody and every body!
